亲友真实经历--美国抄底买房 现在国内买房的你们怎么想?

本人不敢保准房价明年就能跌,但是在泡沫状态下买房的人,如果是自主而不再更高位出手,你的升值都是虚的。待到跌了,傻眼的是你们。除非你是权贵阶层,不在乎这点钱。或者你已经预料到损失,并且觉得即使损失也要有自己的房。呵呵。
  
  傻多会嘲笑空军踏空,其实只不过是50步笑百步。
  还是那句话,不论你的房子升了多少,你出手了,才是真的。其它都是虚的。
  恭贺已经出手的多军,你们虽然不太道德,但是毕竟是聪明的。

  I bought my house in America at 190K...it was 295K 2 years ago. the city is a hot booming city by the coast. many Armcians want to immigrate there because of the warm climate, beach and culture/education advantages.
   but I bought it below the market..the market value should be around 245K.
   that was 6 months ago.
  
   Real estate price in WHOLE NORTH AMERICA is much much lower than in china, if you consider the currency buying power.
   chinese real estate has too much bubble in the price.
   suckers can go buy it.
  
  these people has no finance foundamental knowledge...talk like village people...too stupid to bear.
  
  5 years later, price will drop...
  
  the market is the real judge. there is no market for super high price . gov intervention can do little.
  
  i wouldn't spend too much time arguing with those idiots.
   too many of them. you can't change their mind.
  
  以上,过了大学英语4级的基本可以看懂。重点高中的高中生估计也没问题。
