本人不敢保准房价明年就能跌，但是在泡沫状态下买房的人，如果是自主而不再更高位出手，你的升值都是虚的。待到跌了，傻眼的是你们。除非你是权贵阶层，不在乎这点钱。或者你已经预料到损失，并且觉得即使损失也要有自己的房。呵呵。
傻多会嘲笑空军踏空，其实只不过是50步笑百步。
还是那句话，不论你的房子升了多少，你出手了，才是真的。其它都是虚的。

Real estate price in WHOLE NORTH AMERICA is much much lower than in china, if you consider the currency buying power.
chinese real estate has too much bubble in the price.

the market is the real judge. there is no market for super high price . gov intervention can do little.
