芬兰维京金属三剑客之－Ensiferum
Ensiferum取名于拉丁语（英译：The Sword-wearing），是一支来自芬兰的旋律死亡金属/维京金属乐队。他们完美的将传统的民谣与中世纪旋律融合在重金属里，创造了一个独一无二的Ensiferum神话。
Ensiferum成立于1995至96年间，成员有Markus Toivonen (吉他), Sauli Savolainen (低音吉他)和Kimmo Miettinen (鼓手)。1996年，Jari Maenpaa作为吉他手和主唱加入乐队。他们当时的曲风受到了民谣以及Amorphis，Dark Tranquility等这类旋律死亡金属乐队的影响。
