<TD><B>一立,二立,三立,...: </B>一立就是一块板侧立起的高度,二立就是两块板不重合垒起的高度,每立大约20CM(但一般不足20CM),依此类推<BR><B>两插: </B>就是把两块板对立交叉垒起的高度,以此类推<BR><B>次: </B>次的动作就是用板底某部分滑行的动作,英文中就是slide,比如次板头就是noseslide<BR><B>P级: </B>行进下台阶,P五级,就是下五级台阶<BR><B>断子绝子板: </B>隐藏高难动作,非正常情况下会出现,高处下落时板头插到PP处蹦蹦蹦,<B>(请勿效仿!!)</B><BR><BR>1、正常姿势(normal):即左脚在前的regular姿势与右脚在前goofy的姿势。 <BR>2、倒滑姿势(fakie):即以regular姿势向板尾方向滑行。 <BR>3、反脚(switch):即以与正常姿势相反的姿势(如你本来是regular则换为goofy)做各种动作。 <BR>4、nollie:姿势-将反脚姿势与倒滑姿势结合就是nollie姿势。<a varial)<BR>7、ollie:即用双脚带板起跳。这个动作是进入滑板自由世界的门槛,我想也是令许多人踏上滑板之路的原 因。(ollie的来历:ollie这一动作由美国滑手allan gelfand首创,而他的小名就叫“ollie”。1979年 ,15岁的allan在福罗理达州的好利坞市的一个滑板公园中练习,在一个碗形游泳池中,他发现自己居然 可以不用手抓板而带板腾空。他的同伴就将这个动作称为“ollie”。各位滑友大概想不道在79年的美国 才出现这个动作吧?allan后来成为当时最劲的白骨队成员,但他只作了两年pro就转行搞赛车了,但这 个创造的意义是不言自明了。) <a ollie):与上一个动作类似,是转向身体的内侧。<a <BR>10、滑后轮(manual):即滑行并保持一定的速度后,以后脚压板尾抬起前轮(板尾不着地)仅以 后两轮滑 行。ollie manual则指ollie后再做此动作。 <BR>11、滑前轮(nose manual):与上一动作类似,唯以前两轮平衡滑行ollie nose manual则指 ollie 后再 做此动作。 <BR>12、倒板(pop shoveit):这一般指向内倒板。站立姿势如同ollie,后脚用力下压板尾,然后以前脚拨板, 使之转动,紧接着身体跃向空中,耐心等待板转过180度,身体回到板上,曲膝以缓冲。<a shoveit)<BR>13、踢翻(kickflip):这是马路式的基本动作。学习此动作前,必须练会ollie.后脚置于板尾(脚掌重心 置于板尾中心),前脚置于前桥螺钉附近,与板边缘大致成45度,两脚跟最好置于板边缘以外。如同ollie, 后脚压板打地,前脚向上带板。不同的是在前脚脚尖到达板头时轻轻向前外侧踢出,同时身体跃向空中。耐 心等待板转过360度,以后脚接板,然后身体站回板上,屈膝以缓冲。 border=0></A>(kickflip)<BR>14、脚跟翻(heelflip):与上一动作类似。但前脚站姿不同:前脚尖应置于前桥螺钉后一点的位置,以感 觉舒适为宜,脚趾头位于板边缘以外。 ollie后以前脚脚跟向前内侧踢出,注意用力别太大,同时身体离开 滑板,待板垂直转动360度后以后脚接板即可。 <BR>15、cabalero:这一动作由steve cabalaro 首创而得名。具体做法:以倒滑姿势滑行,后脚猛踏板尾后,前 脚如同ollie向上带板,使人与板同时向内转动360 度。这个动作有一定难度 ,关键是要快。 <BR>16、no comply:手抓板,以适当速度滑向障碍,在轮子将要接近障碍时,前脚离板,同时后脚踩板尾,将脚 试图踏上障碍,手试图抓板头。完成上步所述动作,动作不停,前脚试图跳回板上,前脚落于前桥附近,准 备下落,屈膝平衡。 <a comply)<BR>17、360flip:后脚置于板尾,前脚略靠前;后脚用力压板尾,同时有拨的动作,前脚如踢翻般使板旋转,等 待板在你两腿间旋转360度,以后脚接板,屈膝以缓冲。<a (360flip)<BR>18、nollie:这个动作是基于ollie的基础上,前脚置于板头,后脚置于板中部,前脚用力下压板头,同时后 脚向上提拉,感觉板已到最高点后,将板拉平,屈膝以缓冲。 <BR>19、外跳转5050:内跳转5050做法类似,唯身体转向不同。以小角度接近一障碍,做内跳转,使板落于障碍物 上,两个桥此时均位于障碍物上,前脚置于前桥处,后脚置于后桥与板尾之间,注意不要前仰后合。由于惯性 板将滑行,想落下或滑到头时轻压板尾,犹如manual落地,落下后注意屈膝保护。 <BR>20、big spin:快速滑行,后脚位于板尾,前脚置于板中部略呈外8字,如同作popshuvit,做内跳转180的同 时,后脚拨板使之转动,在板横向旋转时,运用前脚避免出翻板,待板旋转360度后,身体也已转过180。身 体落回板上,屈膝平衡。<a spin)<BR>21、倒滑翻板360:以倒滑姿势滑行,脚姿势如同一般翻板360,板尾打地,如同做倒板,但前脚像踢翻一样踢 出(使力别太多),身体跃起,待板面向上时,将脚放回板上。 <BR>22、外跳转360:这个动作有点象做外跳转,但前脚要稍向后点,作ollie前将肩向外侧转过一点角度,以舒服 为宜,做跳转,尽力转过360度。 <BR>23、5-o:1.5-o其实就是用后桥支撑在障碍物上滑行。2.身体平行于障碍物滑行并接近。3.以ollie开始这一 动作,跃上障碍时重心后倾,保证仅以后桥落于障碍物。4.掌握平衡滑行。 <a border=0></A>(5-o)<BR>24、halfcab:练习这个动作前最好学会倒滑ollie。面向障碍以倒滑姿势滑行,打板尾前先向障碍方向转身, 后脚打板尾后,努力使板随你的身体走,转过180,落地屈膝以平衡。 <a 桥后(熟练后可朝后放),后脚置于板尾,此动作主要以后脚完成,如同ollie,后脚压板尾,随之以后脚向 <BR>身后踢出拨板,但力度要比一般倒板大些,使板多转180°,以前脚带板,使之保持转动。待板转动时,离开 跃起,待板转动360°后,以后脚接板,屈膝以平衡。 <BR>27、跳台阶的技巧:以合适的速度滑向台阶,但不能太慢,快接近台阶时,作ollie,以较低的姿势较好但亦
